In order to to accelerate provision and utilization biofuel constituting other types of fuel, the government needs to review Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) Regulation No. 051/2006 concerning requirements and directives on biofuel commercial business licence constituting other types of fuel. For that reason, the government enacted MEMR Regulation No 32/2008 concerning the provision, utilization, and biofuel commercial system constituting other types of fuel.
