FGD Management / Management of Data and Information for PKS HR Development Programs
The event, which took place hybrid (Off line and On line), was opened directly by the Director of Planning and Fund Management, Mr. Kabul Wijayanto. Present as a resource person at the FGD Management / Management of Data and Information for PKS HR Development Program were the Director of Information Management Systems (SMI) of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Mr. Ludiro; Director of Statistics of Food Crops for Horticulture and Plantation BPS, Mr. Dr. Kadarmanto, M.A; representing the Director of BLU Financial Management Development at the Directorate General of Treasury, Mr. Agus Setiawan; representing the Director of Plantation Protection at the Directorate General of Plantation, Mrs. Eva; and PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk Learning Center Manager, Mr. Donny Helmy Widodo.
At the FGD event which took place hybrid (Off line and On line) with due observance to the Health protocol, the Director of the SMI Directorate General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Ludiro said that the Directorate of Planning and Fund Management of BPDPKS carried out strategic functions namely compiling Business Strategic Plans, compiling Annual Business Plans, Fund Allocation Plans, placement of funds, cooperation in fund management, Fund Distribution Plans and research management, data and information. \'The Directorate of Planning and Fund Management has a very vital role in planning the sources and amount of revenue, planning the use of funds and optimizing idle funds through the placement of funds / investments to increase the capacity of service financing.\' And to be able to compile a good plan, it requires data support from related technical directorates and external BPDPKS, both related technical ministries and related stakeholders.
In this FGD forum, the Director of Statistics for Food Crops for Horticulture and Plantation BPS, Mr. Dr. Kadarmanto, M.A conveyed about the Management of Data and Information on Indonesian Oil Palm. He explained that the collection of plantation data was sourced from 2 data, namely the State Plantation company (PBN) and Private (PBS) data from BPS which was obtained through a survey of plantation companies and People's Plantation data from the Directorate General of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture, namely from the SKB Online and SEDAPP Online applications, then both this data is put together into Indonesian plantation data.
The implementation of the FGD with the topic of Management / Management of Data and Information for PKS HR Development is one of the mandatory regulations of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (PMK) Number 113 /PMK.01/2015 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency Chapter IV Article 10 point (g) The Directorate of Fund Planning and Fund Management shall carry out the functions of Research, Data and Information Management. Furthermore, in Article 12 Paragraph (3), it is also stated that the Division of Human Resources Education, Research and Development and Development of Facilities and Infrastructure, Directorate of Planning and Fund Management, has the task of allocating funds, managing funding cooperation, compiling plans for fund distribution, research and management data management related to human resource education, research and development, as well as the development of facilities and infrastructure.
