Trade Expo Indonesia 2018 to Promote Palm Oil

TRADE Ministry will hold Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2018 on 24-28 October 2018 to promote Indonesian trade commodities, including palm oil product and its derivatives. B20 Distribution in Sumatera and West Kalimantan Relies on Tanjung Uban Terminal

PT Pertamina (Persero) has been attempting to boost the distribution of biodiesel B20 to all parts of the Indonesian archipelago since the government launched expanded B20 mandatory program on 1 September 2018. Pertamina has set the fuel terminal of Tanjung Uban in Riau Islands Province as the main hub of Fatty Acids Methyl Esters (FAME) to deliver to northern Sumatera, southern Sumatera, and western Kalimantan.

Pertamina Allocates B20 to 69 Fuel Terminals

PT Pertamina (Persero) has allocated biodiesel B20 to 69 fuel terminals as yet, showing an increasing number of terminal used since the government launched extended B20 mandatory policy on 1 September 2018. Pertamina\`s Logistics, Supply Chain, and Infrastructure Director Gandhi Sriwidodo said at the beginning of implementation of the policy, Pertamina allocated B20 only to 60 fuel terminals.
