HAVING successfully held in some cities, a promotional event for millennials has once again held in Surabaya, East Java.

The Indonesia Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS) has once again organized Talk Show for Millennial on Palm Oil, a series of promotional events for youngsters.

TEN journalists participated in the Journalist Fellowship Program had completed a field visit to oil palm plantation managed by PT Paramitra Internusa Pratama (PIP) in District of Semitau, Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan, in order to improve their knowledge of sustainable palm oil.

The Indonesia Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS) held an event called Indonesian Palm Oil Research Week 2019 in Jakarta, Thursday (1/8/2019), showcasing the best accomplishments and pioneering results of BPDPKS-funded research and innovation actions. Around 500 participants from palm oil industry joined visitors in the exhibition area which displaying the results of cutting-edge research projects alongside innovative products and services. BPDPKS has collaborated with with more than 25 public and private universities, 15 non-university research institutes, 501 senior researchers, and 256 students.

Ten journalists from national media took part in the 2nd Batch of Journalist Fellowship Program organized by the Indonesia Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS) to improve their knowledge and skill of news reporting about palm oil.
