Indonesia Begins Testing CPO to Fuel Diesel Power Plants

JAKARTA-Indonesia\'s Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) has started testing crude palm oil to be used in diesel-fueled power plants (PLTD). The study which will be conducted until December 2020 is fully supported by The Indonesia Oil Palm Plantations Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS).

Bioethanol Market Price for August 2020 set at Rp14,779 per Liter

JAKARTA- Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has announced Biofuel Market Price Index (MPI), for bioethanol for period of August 2020 is set at 14,779 per liter, higher Rp1,020 per liter from MPI for July 2020 at Rp13,759.

Biodiesel Market Price for July 2020 Set Higher at Rp7.321

JAKARTA- Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has announced Biofuel Market Price Index (MPI), for biodiesel for period of July 2020 and it goes into effect on 1 July 2020. Biodiesel MPI is set at Rp7,321 per liter while the cost of converting CPO into biodiesel is set at US$80 per metric ton.

Biodiesel Price for May 2020 Set Higher at Rp8.494

Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) has set up Biodiesel Market Price Index (MPI) for May 2020 at Rp8,494 per liter, higher Rp475 from April 2020 at Rp8,019.

April 2020, Biodiesel Price Down, Bioethanol Up

JAKARTA-Biodiesel Market Price Index (MPI) for April 2020 is set lower at Rp8,019 per liter and bioethanol at Rp11,210 per liter. Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) has set biodiesel MPI for April 2020 down Rp914 per liter from previous price Rp8,933 per liter.
